How does the Optix9 MMR ranking work?
The Optix9 ranking uses an ELO-style MMR system: you gain points when your team wins a match and lose points when it loses. Each mode (CS:GO Mix, CS:S, v34, DMs) has its own independent ranking, and gRust progresses through levels instead. You can see the full leaderboard at https://optix9.xyz/ranks.
What is MMR and how is it calculated?
MMR (Matchmaking Rating) is an ELO-style score that reflects your skill level: it goes up when your team wins and down when it loses, based on each match result. In CS:GO mixes (5v5 with captains, 128 tick) every match counts toward your MMR. To play one, open the game console and type connect 155.117.117.76:27225 (there are also mixes on ports 27235, 27245 and 27255).
Where can I see the ranking and my stats?
The leaderboard is at https://optix9.xyz/ranks, where you can filter by mode. Every player also has a public profile with their stats at https://optix9.xyz/player/ followed by their SteamID64. You don't need to register on the website to play or to appear in the ranking: just join the servers and play, and you start earning points.
Does each mode have its own ranking?
Yes. MMR is independent per mode: CS:GO Mix, CS:S, v34 and the DM servers each have their own leaderboard, so your rating in one mode doesn't affect the others. gRust (Garry's Mod) doesn't use MMR: progression there is level-based, and it also appears at https://optix9.xyz/ranks.
